The building is located in a chaotic and uncharacteristic surrounding, with speculative buildings whose forms result from compliance with the rules and regulations. The project for the office building work either – within this system and within the limits of the rules and regulations – subverting them. As the surrounding buildings, it achieves the maximum possible volumetric, transforming it. So the project reinterprets – the indented floor (of rule 45º), advances on the facade – dismantling, sliding and stacking the various floors.
The facade design aims to obtain a visual unit together and simultaneously checking identity and individuality each floor.
If invested in the detail and standardization of frames that through slight misalignment of the openings between floors, allow private ownership of each user.
